The Wyrmwood Hero Vault is a hexagonal case featuring solid wood construction with a powerful magnetic closure for protecting your gaming essentials. The single large interior compartment is perfect for a roleplaying miniature, even for larger figures. The Tabletop Vault is also available, featuring the same hexagonal profile but with an interior made specifically to hold a set of 10 polyhedral dice.

Spalted Timber

Spalting, a chaotic pattern of striking dark lines through a piece of wood, is found in many species of wood, including Tamarind & Maple. The pattern can be thought of as “property lines” between warring varieties of fungus. In pieces of spalted wood, the fungus infects the wood, but has been stopped while the lumber remains viable. Each piece of Spalted Timber will have a unique appearance, making it a very popular exotic selection.

For the first time ever, we are very excited to be able to offer laser marquetry – marquetry designs cut on the laser, but hand shaded and hand assembled. The laser marquetry style speeds up the crafting time heavily, allowing us to make these unique designs more accessible to everyone. Once cut out by the laser, each piece is carefully sand-shaded and assembled by hand.

Each Laser Marquetry Vault will be made from Wenge, with Figured Myrtle veneer on both the front and back faces of the vault. The Dagger & Trumpet Lily are made from the following woods:

  • Holly & Purpleheart – Lily bud
  • Argentine Lignum Vitae – Lily stem
  • Yellowheart – Dagger jewel
  • Blue Mahoe – Dagger blade, hilt, & pommel
  • Bolivian Rosewood – Dagger handle

Available in both Tabletop and Hero Vault variety. The Tabletop Vault is perfect for storing your favorite set of dice. The Hero Vault is perfect for storing your miniature and some dice, or for storing an important keepsake.
