At the mid-way point of November, we’re here to give you the latest information on the Modular Desk fulfillment.
Key Information
- Shipping remains steady and solid, though the average weekly throughput has slightly decreased to a rate of 20 per week rather than 25. The reason for this was primarily machine bandwidth not allowing us to process the full 25 of late, but this isn’t planned to lower further.
- The current outstanding orders are expected to be fulfilled by or around the end of this year.
- Production remains strong, with the exception of the aforementioned adjustment. The challenge has been juggling the machine time and labor to keep all lines of business moving, but even so, the project has continued to fulfill well and that shows no signs of changing.
- The instructions for the Modular Desk are being finished up, and prepared for hosting online. We’ll upload those to the help desk on the website as soon as they’re ready, and of course notify you all in the next update after that occurs.
- If you’ve moved since placing your order, or will be soon, get in touch to let us know! We want to make sure your Modular Desk reaches you safe and sound, so please keep your address with us up to date. It’s important to note that if you’ve updated your address through WyrmwoodGaming.com, this does not affect orders you’ve already placed! The only way to change the address of a placed order is by contacting us directly, so drop us a line at sales@wyrmwoodgaming.com if you need us to change that.
- If you encounter any issues with your desk once it arrives, let us know! You can fill out this support form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with assistance and next steps.
