As we enter a new month, it’s time once again to check in on the status of the Modular Desk project.

- As of the filming of this update, we’ve shipped 9 orders, with a further 9 ready to ship and in the process of being scheduled for delivery.
- In Pennsylvania, about 9 more orders are in the process of being completed, while 14 more orders are being produced in Massachusetts before they are sent on to PA. There’s no sign of any production, shipping or delivery issues, so now it’s just a matter of increasing our throughput.
- In terms of development, the cubby system needed to be tweaked last time, which has been completed. The development on the standard size Cable Management has been completed, and we’re finalizing the XL version now. That should be quite quick, with the standard size done and released to production. We’ll move on to wrapping up the Monitor Ledge in the next 1-2 weeks, once the XL Cable Management is released. After that, we can consider other items like the Mount Mount, as well as future additions to the line.
- The PC Tower Mounts are in final packing, and we expect these to arrive towards the end of next month (July). Once they arrive, they’ll be shipped out to those customers that have had their orders shipped without them, and then included with new shipments from that point onward.
- You’ll notice that we’ve been generally aiming higher than our “10 per week” goal – the batch currently in production is 14, and that’s going well. We’re going to begin to push towards our next goal of 20 orders per week. There are no signs this should be a problem, but we’ll keep you posted as we move forward.
