It’s a new month, and a new year, and that means it’s time to check in on the progress of the Modular Desk project fulfillment!

Key Information
  • The Modular Desk is currently shipping at a solid rate, closer to 20 per week on average than the prior high of 25, mostly due to production bandwidth decreases, specifically CNC bandwidth. The holiday season didn’t make this any easier, but we’ve continued to prioritize the desks as best we can, and we continue to make steady progress on the project, with our backlog of orders decreasing.
  • In total, we’ve shipped nearly 350 desks as of this update, with nearly 50 more ready to go very soon. Due to the holidays, we missed a couple regular pickups, so we have a higher amount of finished desks than usual to ship out very soon.
  • If you’ve moved since placing your order, or will be soon, get in touch to let us know! We want to make sure your Modular Desk reaches you safe and sound, so please keep your address with us up to date. It’s important to note that if you’ve updated your address through WyrmwoodGaming.com, this does not affect orders you’ve already placed! The only way to change the address of a placed order is by contacting us directly, so drop us a line at sales@wyrmwoodgaming.com if you need us to change that.
  • If you encounter any issues with your desk once it arrives, let us know! You can fill out this support form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with assistance and next steps.

Another relatively brief update; we thank you for watching and reading. As noted earlier, we continue to make progress on our backlog of orders, and soon we’ll be transitioning away from this project update format, once we’ve settled into a consistent, shorter turnaround time. That’s likely to occur during Q1 of this year. That will mark the official transition of the Modular Desk to being an established book of business for Wyrmwood. Those of you receiving these updates are responsible for making that happen, and we sincerely thank you for helping make the Wyrmwood Desk a reality.
